As the Social Media Manager for the University of Oregon Triathlon Club, I was tasked with transforming the club's Instagram presence to better engage athletes, fans, and prospective members. Through strategic content planning, creative visuals, and community-driven storytelling, I led to a 40% growth in followers over six months and a 33% increase in engagement. I focused on capturing the essence of the team's journey—through action-packed race photos, behind-the-scenes training, and athlete spotlights—to foster a stronger sense of connection and pride within the community.
SENIOR SCRAPBOOK POST SERIES
To highlight the seniors on the team, I decided to interview them and gather photos from their time on the Oregon Triathlon. Then, I designed a series of seamless carousel posts to highlight our tight-knit community in a unique and creative style.
photography
I captured candid race day photos to show the intensity and joy of being a part of the club. These were used for social media posts, posters, and other digital platforms.

I introduced easy-to-access information for prospective and current members.
sticker design
We hand out stickers at tabling events to organically promote the club. I designed a new, trendy sticker that students would slap all over their water bottles & laptops.
